Grief is a unique and overwhelming feeling that occurs after losing a loved one. It is intense emotional suffering that starts the “ball of emotion” spinning. Grief is inevitable when a loved one is lost, and we all grieve differently when that occurs. Some may be able to cope with the grief and work through it on their own, but most of us cannot do this on our own. The GriefShare Ministry is a Bible-based program that reaches out to those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Each week we will view an in-depth video, discuss the video in a small group discussion, and work in our personal workbooks.
Weekly topics include:
- Is This Normal?
- Challenges of Grief
- The Journey of Grief (Parts 1 and 2)
- Grief and Your Relationships
- Why?
- Guilt and Anger
- Complicating Factors
- Stuck
- Lessons of Grief (Parts 1 and 2)
- Heaven
- What Do I Live for Now?
The registration cost for this 13-week program is $25.00 and pays for your workbook and a book to journal your thoughts and experiences in, as we walk together through the grief process. If you cannot afford the registration cost, scholarships are available.
