What is a Potluck and why does WLCC host them?
Potluck: A potluck is a communal gathering where each guest or group contributes a different, often homemade, dish of food to be shared.
The Kitchen Connection Ministry is asking that we all take a step back and practice feeding our congregation in a true “Potluck” spirit. You can participate by signing up to work with the kitchen crew, or by bringing a dish to share. We will no longer be accepting donations as they really don’t help much if there isn’t enough prepared food for everyone. We will begin posting what the kitchen crew will be preparing for each Fellowship Dinner in the newsletter. We’re asking that all of you great cooks out there just bring along a favorite dish to share.
Fellowship Dinners give us all another way to connect with our church family. They provide an opportunity for church members to share a meal, good conversation, strengthen relationships, and celebrate God’s goodness. Join us and get connected!
