We know how busy you get with shopping for Christmas and additional expenses for donations are not always feasible. So we are going to have a Christmas in July collection for Operation Christmas Child (Samaritans Purse).
During the month of July, the Disciples Outreach Ministry Team will be collecting donations of items for the shoeboxes. These shoeboxes bring joy and Jesus to children around the world.
No boxes will be handed out at this time, but they will be available in September.
Please bag all items together before you place them in the receptacle provided in the narthex. We will still have the normal drive for donations and filled boxes starting in September, but we thought this would lighten the load for everyone.
